TRAINING PROCESS

New CleanPro hires go through our training courses which cover the different services we offer. Training will include studying our cleaning procedures/practices along with on-the-job training. We also send CleanPros to specialized training conferences around the country.  

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Must have own transportation 

  • Must arrive at work on time

  • Must be willing to travel to multiple locations

  • Must pass all employee job training

  • Must wear CleanPro 360 uniforms when working

  • Must be able to communicate with respect

  • Must have professionalism 

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Must be open to working different hours (night or day)

CLEANPRO DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Securely entering and exiting commercial facilities 

  • Properly using PPE

  • Wiping surfaces clean with a color-coded system

  • Cleaning of glass and mirrors

  • Vacuuming all floors (hard and carpet)

  • Mopping hard floors (concrete, tile and wood)

  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

  • Dusting and cobweb removal from surfaces

  • Properly operating cleaning equipment
